Pascal Croce was born in the Bordeaux region. He began dancing the year he graduated from the Conservatoire National de Région de Bordeaux. At the same time, he pursued his university studies, obtaining a DUT in Social Careers and a Master's degree in Educational Science. He regularly attended the classes of Claude Paoli (former dancer with the Bordeaux ballet), Manou Damaye (former principal dancer with the Joseph Russillo company); Marie-José Huchet (former soloist with the Peter Goss company), and danced in the companies of Bruno Agati and Alain Gruttadoria.

His discovery of the world of disability had such an upheaval effect on his very perception of movement and the aesthetics of the body, that it seemed obvious to him to slip into inclusive dance.
Alongside his creative work, Pascal Croce has developed a network of adapted or inclusive dance workshops within specialized and cultural structures in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region. He is also a trainer in inclusive dance at several conservatories and universities in the Ile de France and northern France.
His encounter with Gilles Estran, an international specialist in the Matthias Alexander technique, led to a genuine transformation in his approach to the body and his vision of dance. Throughout his career, he has followed his teaching and used all its fundamentals in his choreographic research.
Well beyond the pleasure of being a dancer on a stage, at the age of 22 he created the Klaus Compagnie Junior; an extraordinary laboratory where he was able to really elaborate and define his choices, as well as the choreographic paths that define him today.
Over time, this company evolved into the Klaus Compagnie.
Always passionate about writing, in 2018 he wrote his first play Bleu pacifique ou presque , directed by Dounia Bouhajeb. In 2020, he wrote his first novel, L'évidence invisible, published by Librinova.
